Rich Mailhot is this weeks featured team member. Rich is the current owner of the Metro Militia and has been for 6 years now. Rich embodies what it means to be passionate and loyal to the team he owns.  He is always building a relationship with each player that joins the Militia and treats them as one of his own sons.  Rich is as passionate as it comes to any owner around and is all about winning.  Rich has the mindset of championship or bust each year, and has a good outlook for the upcoming 2024 season if you get the chance to talk to him!
